Payment Methods
Your purchases are ALWAYS protected, whatever payment method you choose.
MELLOONS uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact with payment data – such as credit card data – provided in any way. Any costs for managing payments of the User that are not accepted will be charged to the User.
1 The products offered for sale by MELLOONS are only those present on the melloons.com website at the time of placing the Order, as described in the relevant information sheets.
2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in colour and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).
3 To place an Order, the Customer must fill out the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products that he/she intends to purchase. The Customer must also request from MELLOONS , if desired, the issuance of a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 DpR n. 633/1972.
4 Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by MELLOONS by means of an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
This confirmation message will briefly report the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify the same and, if necessary, communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.
The following payment methods are accepted by MELLOONS :
Paypal
Pay easily and securely using your PayPal account. If you want to pay with your PayPal account, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. Here you can log in with your PayPal account and confirm the payment. Within a few minutes, the payment will then be registered in our system, and the order can be processed. With Paypal payment, the invoice amount will be debited from your account immediately after the order has been confirmed. We assume the transaction costs for this payment method, so there are no additional costs for the customer.

Credit card
Pay conveniently and safely with your credit card. Your credit card information is not stored by us but is only transmitted in encrypted form. Your credit card information is encrypted using SSL key – which guarantees a high level of security and a safe purchase. Thanks to this high level of security, your purchase on our site is safe.
At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by Shopify Payments .
You can make purchases via ( Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Postepay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDeal ), and others specified based on the country of origin and the services offered by the supplier for the country of origin
All orders will be processed within 2/5 business days of payment, so that the service provided by Shopify Payment can verify the payment and ownership of the card in order to avoid unauthorized, fraudulent or non-responsible purchases of the Stripe circuit.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All transactions are processed via a secure server directly on the suppliers' servers, guaranteeing MELLOONS by Caccia Passione Srl customers maximum data protection. MELLOONS Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or expiry dates.
In order to ensure greater protection on purchases made in the e-commerce sector, MELLOONS recommends its customers to join the services Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode , requiring a PIN security code with which you can make purchases in complete safety.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If there are sufficient funds to make the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase even if pre-ordered although these items will ship later in the season.
Remember: use only credit cards that you have legitimate access to, you are solely responsible for the data entered.
It can happen that a credit card payment is declined. This usually happens for the following reasons:
- your credit card has expired: contact your bank;
- the credit limit on your card appears to have been reached: check with your bank;
- You have entered some data incorrectly: check that you have provided us with all the correct information.
