Shipping Methods
The purchased products will be managed within 3-5 working days from the order date . They will then be handed over to the courier to be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order. Melloons reserves the right to accept or not deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders.
In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
The place of origin of the shipment is Italy .
For deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs charges will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his/her country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.
Delivery times indicated by Melloons must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments or general delays do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.
Melloons ships to ITALY and abroad via BRT (Bartolini) courier or through various other shipping companies with which we collaborate.
You can check the status of your shipment through the email that will be sent to you as soon as the goods are shipped.
“In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of those proposed during the purchase phase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products is transferred to you already at the moment of delivery to the carrier itself, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. In this case, any dispute must be raised directly by you against the carrier.”
As soon as our goods leave the warehouses you will receive an email with the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION in which you will find a tracking code that can be used to check the status of your order online.
For the SHIPPING ADDRESS, please take into account the following conditions:
- with PAYPAL payment we are obliged to ship the item to the address indicated by the buyer during payment
- With other payment methods we will ship to the address indicated in the shipping details.
In both cases the customer is required to provide a VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER, which will be communicated to the courier in the event of any problems with delivery. In the absence of a valid telephone number, your order may be delayed or remain pending until we are provided with the information necessary for shipping.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- - that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
- - that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps)
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by making a specific note on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.

ITALY
- Standard Shipping = Free
Delivery is made by various companies with which we collaborate. The cost of shipping is free, equal to 0.00 euros .
ABROAD
The cost varies depending on the country of delivery. Below is the price for EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, shipping cost is 9.90 euros.
ATTENTION: For Italian customers: shipping costs may not be free during SALES and/or any PROMOTIONS and will always be indicated in the cart before proceeding to payment.
Standard and Express orders are processed from Monday to Friday; shipping (handover to the courier) is carried out within 3/5 days following confirmation of payment. Remember: all orders placed on Friday are processed starting from the following Monday morning.
For islands and remote areas (e.g. Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) Standard shipping may take up to 5 working days.
IMPORTANT: If you request an invoice, it is not possible to declare a value lower than the purchase price. The invoiced price will correspond to the price paid, as required by law.
In the event of an EXISTING RECIPIENT and the subsequent return of the shipment by the courier to the sender, €10.00 will be retained from the refund amount once it returns to our warehouses.
